The document (Reg. No. 4473-1) was adopted as a basis under the title “On legal regime and securing of rights and freedoms of the citizens on the temporary occupied territory of Ukraine.”
The bill aims at securing observation of rights and freedoms of a human and citizen, as well as protection of interests of the state, state bodies and bodies of local self-government, enterprises, institutions and organizations in the condition of occupation.
The bill suggests determine temporary occupied territory; settle legal relations regarding the legal regime of a temporary occupied territory; activity of state bodies and bodies of local self-government on this territory; limitation of the freedom of movement; and guarantees of the right of ownership to immovable property, etc.
